 This subdivision is zoned only for manufactured housing with 40 # minimum snowload. 
The sticker, tag or data plate can usually be found in the laundry room or furnace/water heater area. 
If you don't have a sticker showing snow load,
here is some helpful information from HUD (Housing and Urban Development).
