This subdivision is designed for manufactured housing. “On-site constructed” homes will be
considered only if approved by the Planning and Environmental Control Committee,
Garden City Planning & Zoning and the Garden City Council. 

40 # minimum snowload required.  The sticker, tag or data plate can usually be found in the
laundry room or furnace/water heater area.  If you don't have a sticker showing snowload,
here is some helpful information from HUD (Housing and Urban Development).
